Booking Terms & Conditions

• As a courtesy you agree to contact the restaurant if you have any changes, updates or need to cancel your booking. The $40 per head booking cost is a refundable bond to ensure our patrons turn up to bookings. In the event no one shows within 30 minuets of booking time, the booking the fee will be non-refundable. 24hr notice cancelation is required - COVID related cancelations will be dealt case by case.

• All bookings of 15 guests or more are required book as a function through our function page.

• Charges & fee’s • Surcharge applies to all card payments. A 15% surcharge applies to all public holidays.

• Split bills are to be kept to a maximum of two payments

• Bookings are for 2hrs maximum, to extend the booking a second booking straight after can be made online at time of booking or on the day if available.

• It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time for their reservation, we cannot extend a booking if you are running late.

• We never guarantee tables in specific areas unless it is a function booking, including preferences when booking in your booking notes may better your chances yet not guaranteed.

• Any special requests made will be catered for by the venue as best as possible.

• Decoration & theming - Long Island does allow decorations upon request and approval. Long island does not allow any confetti as we aim to protect our surrounding environment from waste. Please be in touch in advance if you have any out of the ordinary requests inc, gift bags, party favours as these must be approved prior to the booking.

• Professional photography is permitted yet must be arranged with the Event Manager.

• NBI Information • If you use our Sites and Services, we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email, text message/SMS, or mobile push notifications in accordance with our privacy policy.
